About Casa Alba Restaurant

Casa Alba Restaurant opens its doors in 2005, right in the heart of the Alto Palancia Region. After running several restaurants, family Folgado decides to convey his passion for the cuisine from their own space, with a bet as risky as stated.

From the first day, the restaurant was born with the vocation of being a food with clear roots in the mediterranean, where the tradition and the product are the basis of your offer.

The rice dishes are the common threads of the proposal and are the mirror of the character of valencia for their owners, who already have the second generation at the front of the room and stove.
